Bachelor degree in electronics or chemical engineering field or related电子或化学专业本科学历
5 years and above experience in process or project for Sr. engineer. 五年以上电容器产品或工艺工作经验
FMEA, MSA, SPC,ISO prefer be familiar of 6 sigma’s tool using or project experience. 熟练使用SPC，FMEA或参与过六西格码项目
Good oral English and written English熟练运用英文（书写和口语）
Good logical thinking 逻辑思考能力

Responsible for KO new products introduction to Suzhou plant
苏州工厂KO项目新产品导入
Responsible for KO material saving project & new material evaluation KO项目原材料开发及评估
Responsible for special project on yield & quality improvement

R&D Engineer（研发工程师）
任职要求：
PhD in the following related science and engineering fields: electrochemistry, material science, packaging, electrical testing. Knowledge of capacitor or semiconductor industry is a plus.电化学，材料科学，包装，电子测试博士学历，必须有电容器或半导体生产知识
Experience in providing industrial solutions in a manufacturing environment 有为在生产环境中提供生产解决方案经验
Proficient in English (oral and written).

任职要求：
Major in Polymer Chemistry or related field.
Has good project management and leadership skills.
Has unquestioned integrity, especially in the area of intellectual property rights.

Manage activities of two development teams in Suzhou --- NPD (new product development) and DE (material and process development).
Interface with development and research teams at other KEMET plant locations
Implement process and material changes into Suzhou’s manufacturing process.
Test products and materials, and prepare specifications to ensure compliance with quality standard
